4500 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' access to the 4500 platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4500 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
The 4500 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person without valid written authorisation.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of 4500. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
Account Creation & Information Security
To access the full range of 4500 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active phone number, and valid email address. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, even if carried out by a third party without your knowledge. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Identity Verification
4500 may request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies and user protection standards. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 4500 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or illegal activities;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform's technical systems;
- Sharing account access with third parties or transferring your account to another person;
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about 4500 or its users;
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
Any breach of these rules will result in appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, or legal action where necessary.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4500 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of 4500 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 4500 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 4500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support popular local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX (online banking), Maybank, and CIMB. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and may vary by account type or active promotion. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. Any delays not caused by us should be reported to our support channels.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account registered in the name of the account holder. 4500 will not process withdrawals to third parties under any circumstances. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the selected method and account verification status.
Declined Transactions
4500 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activity that violates the terms of use. In such cases, we will contact the user for further verification.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
The 4500 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 4500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting or gaming activities.
Account Suspension & Closure
4500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account found to be in breach of the terms of use, engaged in suspicious activity, or failing to provide requested verification documents. Closure decisions involving serious violations are final and no appeals will be entertained.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and verification is complete.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 4500 platform will be resolved through the appropriate process under Malaysian jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms & Contact Information
4500 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest updates.
Continued use of the 4500 platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
